It was just officially released that Cowboy’s Stadium will host 4 high school playoff games on November 14th. The games will be at 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM and 8 PM. The games hosted will be between 6-5A and 5-5A.

The Grapevine game will be at either 2 or 5 PM depending on what happens this weekend. If Grapevine is the number 1 seed then we will play at 2 PM otherwise it will be at 5 PM.

In order to be the number one seed Grapevine must win this weekend or Fossil Ridge would have to beat Keller. Like we said earlier this week, we’re just glad to be in the playoffs. It doesn’t matter who we play.

No agreement details were released, we don’t know how much the districts are paying for this event but we think it may have to do with the Cowboys using Southlake’s indoor facility and using Coppell’s stadium as practice facilities. The Dallas Cowboys lost their practice facility to high winds back in May of this year.

Ticket prices may be higher and we may have to pay to park but I guess it’s part of the luxury of playing in Jerry’s World.

This should be an exciting time for our program and for all the students involved with our games.
